We have 7-10 day turnaround time (before delivery) as everything here at Brighton Lace is handmade to order.
I NEED MY ORDER QUICKLY Please select the "Express Shipping" option at the checkout and we should have your order made and in the post within 2-3 days.
POSTAGE – UK AND THE REST OF THE WORLD We send everything via Royal Mail and Royal Mail International Standard delivery. We always have a Proof of Postage but please note this is not a tracked or signed for service.

If you're buying from us from Ireland or anywhere else in the EU, please note that you may have to wait longer for your parcel, and pay extra charges on arrival.
LOST POST If you have not received your order within a month of your shipping confirmation email please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We are not able to help after a month has lapsed.
RETURNS Please feel free to contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied or have a problem with your garment and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution. We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We kindly ask that you help us out by covering the postage cost for the returns.
EXCHANGES To be eligible for a return or an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
