Shipping and Returns

STANDARD TURNAROUND TIMES
We have 1-2 week turnaround time (before delivery) as everything here at Brighton Lace is handmade to order.
I NEED MY ORDER QUICKLY
We tend to carry a small stock of our bestsellers at any one time – if you need your order quickly and would like to know hat we have in stock in your size just get in touch.
POSTAGE – UK AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
We send everything via Royal Mail and Royal Mail International Standard delivery. We always have a Proof of Postage but please note this is not a tracked or signed for service. If you require a different shipping method please get in touch.
LOST POST
If you have not received your order within a month of your shipping confirmation email please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We are not able to help after a month has lapsed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please feel free to contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied or have a problem with your garment and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution. 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return (please note that we cannot accept knicker returns) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
