Shipping and Returns

STANDARD (rest of year) TURNAROUND TIMES
We have 1-2 week turnaround time (before delivery) as everything here at Brighton Lace is handmade to order.
I NEED MY ORDER QUICKLY
We tend to carry a small stock of our bestsellers at any one time – if you need your order quickly and would like to know hat we have in stock in your size just get in touch.
POSTAGE – UK AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
We send everything via Royal Mail and Royal Mail International Standard delivery. We always have a Proof of Postage but please note this is not a tracked or signed for service. If you require a different shipping method please get in touch.
LOST POST
If you have not received your order within a month of your shipping confirmation email please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We are not able to help after a month has lapsed.
RETURNS
Please feel free to contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied or have a problem with your garment and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution.  We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or an exchange (please note that we cannot accept knicker returns) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. 
We are very happy accept exchanges and ask for a nominal £1 to help cover postage costs. Start your Exchange here.
