Everything at Brighton Lace is handmade to order, so please allow 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be made and dispatched.
MADE SLOWLY, MADE FOR YOU
Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in our Hastings studio, from limited-edition fabrics we can’t always restock. Making this way takes a little longer, and we think that’s part of what makes it special. Each piece is made for the person who ordered it, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
CUSTOM SIZES
If you’ve chosen a custom size or sent us your measurements, please allow 10–14 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. We draft and cut each custom piece to fit you, so it simply takes us longer, and it’s worth the wait. If you need it by a particular date, just let us know in the order notes or drop us an email, and we’ll always tell you honestly whether we can make it in time.
NEED IT SOONER? Choose "Express Shipping" at checkout. UK orders are made and posted within 3 working days, and usually arrive within 4 working days.
POSTAGE – UK AND THE REST OF THE WORLD We send everything via Royal Mail and Royal Mail International Standard delivery. We always have a Proof of Postage but please note this is not a tracked or signed for service.

POSTAGE TO EUROPE
Sadly, we're no longer able to ship to the Republic of Ireland or anywhere else in the EU. We still ship to Northern Ireland as part of the UK, at UK postage rates.
LOST POST If you have not received your order within a month of your shipping confirmation email please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We are not able to help after a month has lapsed.
RETURNS Please feel free to contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied or have a problem with your garment and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution. We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We kindly ask that you help us out by covering the postage cost for the returns.
EXCHANGES To be eligible for a return or an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
