Terms and Conditions
The below Terms and Conditions apply to all items on our site. Please read them carefully before you order. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes we make in our Terms and Conditions will take effect on from the date they are posted.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept refunds* however we do accept exchanges on every item we sell except knickers, for hygiene reasons. In order to exchange your item for another, it must be of the same value, and returned to us within a month of us posting it to you, unworn and undamaged.
*If your item arrives damaged or defective please get in touch immediately to let us know. We will ask you to return it to us and will do everything we can to come to an agreeable arrangement. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for your item 30 days after it has been sent to you.
We hand make our lingerie and because of this we have a two-week processing time on all orders, before postage.
I’d like my lacies quickly
If you need a quick order feel free to get in touch with your sizes, and we’ll be happy to guide you to what we have in stock. During busy times like at Christmas we often have pre-made items, please be in touch to find out more.
Postage – FREE shipping on all orders over £75.
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail.
UK orders are sent First Class, which should arrive the next working day.
E.U orders are sent via International Standard mail, which Royal Mail recommends will take between 3-5 working days.
International orders are sent via International Standard mail, which Royal Mail recommends will take between 5-7 working days.
We always have a Proof of Postage for every order we send. Please note that unless otherwise requested we do not send any order through the Special Delivery or Tracked & Signed For services. This means your order will not have a tracking number. If you would like to organise a different way of shipping your lacies, please get in touch before you order.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, but we will always try to help. Please make sure your address is correct and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into a destination country.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before we have sent it, please write to let us know and we will send you a full refund.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the items you have ordered, or if an item has been listed at an incorrect price due to a typo. If either of these events occur we will be in touch as soon as possible to offer you an agreeable solution.
